Service Description
Our backdrop rental service provides seamless paper backdrops that are perfect for any occasion. Clients are required to pick up the backdrop and are responsible for any damages, so we ensure that the product is in great condition before handing it over. Cancellation Policy
Rental Policy Rental duration is 24 hrs unless booked for multiple days. Bookings: Your booking is not confirmed if you have not paid your rental fee. Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 1 hrs before your pick up time. Late Arrivals: Late Arrival will result in an additional $10 per hour Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to backdrop while in their care. Backdrop will be replaced within 1-2 weeks from rental date or renter will pay $150 to replace.
